Cullen and Dykman Says It Isn't Conflicted In IT Firm's Ch. 11
Cullen and Dykman LLP has told a New York bankruptcy judge there was no conflict of interest preventing聽Sysorex, an insolvent government information technology company,聽from retaining the law firm, contending that its activity, which the U.S. Trustee's Office said disqualified the firm as counsel in the debtor's Chapter 11, was actually in the best interest of the company.
